The 5–10 working days start when your return arrives at the SunGod warehouse, not when you post it. How long your parcel takes to reach the warehouse depends on the courier.

How long does a refund take for a cancelled order?

If SunGod cancels your order before it's despatched, your full refund will reach your original payment method within 5–10 working days of the cancellation.

How are import duty refunds paid?
