You can return SunGods within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Which products can I return?

• Non-custom sunglasses, picked from the pre-built colour options.

• All SunGod goggles, including custom goggles. Every part of a SunGod goggle can be reused, so custom goggles can be returned too.

• Lens Replacement Kits.

• Limited Edition sunglasses.

If your order came with a free gift, include it in your return.

Which products can't I return?

• Custom sunglasses designed in Build Your Own, unless they arrive faulty, damaged or not as described.

How do I return a product?

Start your return in the returns portal for the country your order was delivered to:

• UK and US orders: UK and US returns portal

• Orders delivered anywhere else: Rest of World returns portal

My product arrived faulty or damaged

If your order arrived faulty or damaged, don't use the returns portal. Contact the SunGod Customer Experience team through the chat or at support@sungod.co with your order number and photos of the problem.
