Dear Mountains...
Remember when we didn’t check the forecast with crossed fingers.
Just woke up, clipped in, and trusted you’d show up.
Powder days used to feel endless. Now they feel borrowed.
I want the next generation to know that feeling.
The burn in your legs, the laugh you can’t stop.
I guess I just wanted to let you know, we can still have those days again.
Thanks for all the good times.
We'll keep on fighting.

At SunGod, we’re proud to enter our sixth year partnering with Protect Our Winters UK (POW UK), because protecting the outdoors is at the heart of what we do. POW UK empowers passionate outdoor people to safeguard the places we love from climate change. By combining our global community of outdoor enthusiasts with POW UK’s expertise in winter conservation, we can raise awareness, drive action, and make a real impact, giving back to the playgrounds we love while inspiring our community to protect the planet.
Every purchase of the Protect Our Winters UK 2026 strap will include a £10 donation that goes directly to Protect Our Winters UK, which funds operations, campaigns, education and community outreach to combat the effects of climate change. Available with the Vanguards™, Snipers™ and Ullrs™ goggles.
By the year 2100, the amount of snow remaining will depend heavily on how much the planet warms. By this point, we may see roughly 30% less snow at elevations of 1,500 to 2,000 meters if nothing changes. Alpine temperatures have increased at double the rate of the northern hemisphere average, an average increase of +2°C. In a very plain example, the snow season in Europe shortens by around 1 month per global degree increase, it has already been shortened by 1 month already (statistics as of January 2026).
