So we built a guarantee with no expiry date: if your SunGods break — whether it's a fault or an accident — we fix or replace them. Free. For life. Since we started in 2013, we have repaired an astonishing 13,000 products through our Lifetime Guarantee. This is not a simple money-saver for you, it's an intentional decision by us to be more responsible for our output of product, our product is built to last, not built to be replaced at the first sign of trouble. Dropped on a run, sat on, fallen from a helmet pocket — if it broke during active, everyday use, we'll put it right. -

Limited editions — partially
Limited Edition parts are replaced with the closest standard equivalent. The guarantee still applies — the specific colourway can't always be replicated.
What's not covered

Lens scratches
Standard lens scratches from everyday use are considered wear and tear and are not covered. -
Loss or theft
We can only repair or replace what you send us — we can't cover gear that's gone missing. -
Intentional damage or misuse
Purposeful modification, bending, or damage from unsafe storage isn't covered. The guarantee is built on trust — we treat every claim fairly.
