Release the Lens and Nose Piece: Push firmly down on the nose piece from the centre of the lens using your thumb. Note: This may be stiff the first time.
Remove The Lens: Starting from one side, gently pull the lens away from the frame, releasing one side at a time. The lens should come free from the frame.
Replace the Nose Piece (if needed): To remove, push the nose piece up to release it from the frame, then angle it downwards through the gap.To install a new one, reverse this step — angle it upwards through the gap and push it into place.
Reinserting the Lenses: Slot both sides of the lens into the frame, aligning the top edge with the frame.
Step Two: Push the nose piece forward and upward to lock the lens in place. You should hear a 'click' when it's secure.
