Your SunGod order number starts with SG- and is in your order confirmation email. If you can't find your order number, or it isn't working, Sol, our chat assistant, can look up every order linked to your email.

Ordered before 2025?

We changed our order system in 2024, so orders placed before 2025 may have an old-style order number instead of one starting SG-. You can get your SG- order number using the steps below.

How to find your SG- order number in chat

To find your SG- order number in chat:

1. Open the chat in the bottom-right corner of our website.

2. Select Lifetime Guarantee, then See order history.

3. Enter the email address you ordered with.

4. Type the 6-digit code we email you into the chat. Check your spam folder if you can't see it.

5. Type show my orders.

Sol will show you every order with its order number, date and what you ordered, so you can fill in your Lifetime Guarantee claim form and get your SunGods back on the road.

Why do I need a code?

The 6-digit code keeps your order details safe by making sure the email address is yours.

No orders showing up?

If no orders show up, you may have ordered with a different email address. PayPal and Apple Pay sometimes use a different email. Start a new chat with that email address, or ask Sol to pass you to our team, who'll reply within 1 working day.
