What if my Prescription SunGods are faulty or don't match my prescription?

If your Prescription SunGods arrive faulty, or your vision doesn't seem right with them, get in touch. If the lenses don't match your prescription, SunGod will remake them for free. Read What do I do if there's a problem with my Prescription SunGods?

Can I cancel a prescription order?

You can only cancel a prescription order before you've uploaded your prescription and PD. Once they're uploaded, your lenses go into production and the order can't be cancelled.
