After you place an order for Prescription SunGods, SunGod emails you a link to upload your prescription and PD (pupillary distance). This email arrives after your order confirmation.

How do I upload my prescription and PD?

1. Open the prescription upload link in the email.

2. Upload your glasses prescription. It must have been issued in the last 2 years.

3. Upload your PD photo, or add your PD in mm to the notes. Read How do I measure my Pupillary Distance (PD)?

Is there a deadline to upload my prescription?

There's no deadline, but your Prescription SunGods are delivered within 2–3 weeks of uploading your prescription and PD, so upload them as soon as you can.

I'm ordering blue light glasses without a prescription

Upload a blank image or placeholder instead of a prescription, and say in the notes that your order is a blue light pair with no prescription.
